In roles as a senior designer and design manager I have worked across Alexa devices and payment platforms. I currently lead UX and conversational voice design for the new gen-AI Alexa+ including routines, feature discovery, and onboarding. I have led UX research, design strategy, innovation workshops, and product launches for a wide variety of Amazon products including Amazon Pay, Seller Central, the Alexa App, Alexa+, and Echo Devices. Relationship building is my core skill, whether it’s manage stakeholder expectations, presenting for developers and VPs, or aligning partner teams across Amazon. As a design leader I managed a cross-functional team of designers and researchers, contributed to developing the company wide UX apprentice curriculum, led UX bar raising reviews, and mentored.

As an artist and storyteller I aim to inspire people with the extraordinary beauty of nature and encourage them to protect these places. I guide a variety of in person watercolor and sketching experiences from one day workshops to multi-day overnight backpacking trips with organizations like Yosemite Conservancy and Seattle School of Visual Arts. I collaborate with select companies to provide illustrations for products sold at stores like West Elm, FireWorks, and Seattle Art Museum.

As a senior product designer, I improved the user experience for 74K SaaS users seeking to research financial investment opportunities. I led design initiatives to improve the platform’s information architecture, UI design consistency, clarity of visual data, and advanced search capabilities. I contributed to team efficiency through implementing new intake methods, helping maintain a consistent web and app design system, and designing new components for PitchBook’s UI library.
Oracle Marketing Cloud | 2014 - 2016
As a designer, I created assets and strategy for cross-channel digital marketing experiences for external clients like Verizon, Intuit, REI, and Comcast. I led design and user testing for the national launch of Verizon’s Smart Rewards program, which enrolled over 9 million users, doubled launch targets, increased consumer spend, and reduced churn of high risk accounts.

As a designer, I created visual and marketing assets including redesigning the company web site and print design deliverables. I was responsible for company and client projects including presentations, printed book layouts, app interfaces, and websites.
OSU Memorial Union | 2010 - 2012
As a designer, I was part of a creative studio supporting a diverse range of university clients with multi-channel promotional campaigns. Deliverables included event branding, posters, icon design, websites, social media assets, and illustrations.
